  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

2. International Shipping

  • Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times: Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

  • Delivery Time: International delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination and local customs processing, typically ranging from 7–21 business days.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • The customer is responsible for all customs and import duties, taxes, and fees applied to the order upon arrival in the destination country.

    • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available and update.

4. Damages, Issues, and Lost Packages
